How VyStar’s Express Team Supports Members
At VyStar, we are here to help our members thrive financially — from the moment they open their account through every stage of life. That’s where the VyStar Express Team makes such an important difference.
This growing virtual team specializes in welcoming new members who join online and proactively reaching out to both new and existing members — often 60 to 80 members a day — to offer personalized lending solutions. Whether it’s consolidating debt, refinancing loans or simply listening to better understand their challenges, the Express Team is committed to helping members enjoy peace of mind.
Though they don’t meet members face to face, the service they provide is deeply personal. By taking the time to understand each member’s full financial picture, team members uncover opportunities to make a real difference, one conversation at a time.
Debbie’s Dedication in Action
Debbie, a standout member of the Express Team, recently made a lasting impact on two members facing very different challenges.
In both cases, Debbie’s approach was the same: listen carefully and provide meaningful guidance.
In the first instance, Debbie connected with a member carrying high-interest credit card debt — some with rates as high as 29% — and an auto loan from another lender. After a thoughtful conversation, Debbie helped him consolidate his debt, refinance the auto loan and even secured a 90-day payment reprieve.
“I’ve never had a bank reach out to me when I needed help the most,” the member said. “Debbie was there every step of the way for me and my family. We’re incredibly grateful for her dedication and the outstanding support she provided.”
Transforming Financial Futures
In another instance, Debbie assisted a longtime member facing mounting legal expenses from a home renovation project. The member had multiple loans and growing monthly payments. By refinancing over $175,000 in loans, Debbie helped reduce his payments by nearly $600 a month and helped save up to $23,000 in interest over time.
These are just two examples of what the VyStar Express Team is all about: meeting members where they are, offering thoughtful guidance and ensuring they feel supported at every step of their financial journey.
